Â鶹AV

When you study harpsichord at CIM, you’ll explore repertoire from the early Renaissance through today. It all starts with weekly one-on-one lessons with our world-class faculty and a wide array of performance opportunities.

You’ll collaborate in performances of solo and ensemble works with the and with modern instrumental ensembles at CIM.

For practice and performance, you have access to four double-manual harpsichords. You’ll learn about variety in touch, stylistic awareness, the art of expressive playing, and skills such as figured bass and continuo playing.
